Teddington Baptist Church

The church is located in a busy street in Teddington with mixed residential property and offices on either side. The architectural project incorporates a double height atrium with glazed roof and suspended walkway and structural glass balustrades within the old courtyard, to provide access between the existing hall and worship spaces and new offices and meeting rooms at first floor level.  A new double height entrance foyer has transformed the church buildings by creating an accessible and exciting new entrance for church and community activities, with reception point and gallery spaces. The internal circulation has been rationalised to allow the existing worship space and hall to be used concurrently and by providing access to the new toilet facilities at the rear of the building.
